Location
Villa Grace is extremely private, offering a very peaceful base to rest, take a swim, BBQ or head out to explore Hvar and the many surrounding islands.
The Villa is located above a small village called Ivan Dolac on the island of Hvar. The village has a waterfront coffee bar, small shop, local bakery and restaurant, locals sell home grown vegetables and homemade wine & olive oils.
The water is very accessible with small beaches and coves at the bottom of the hill, and with other beaches all the way around the Island. There is a private marina is situated 10 minutes drive away should you wish to hire a boat - indeed we have a 12 person RIB that can be chartered for use with a captain should you wish.
The main house has two large bedrooms, both served by their own bathrooms and is perfect for families. The master bedroom has an emperor size bed and the second bedroom has 4 single beds made up with two bunk beds. Beautiful kitchen, lounge and many outdoor dining and lounging spots to take in the views.
The studio is a self contained stone building, this comfortable sleeps 2 however the double sofa bed can be used for children (max 4 guests in the studio). It is fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, washing machine , and its own private terrace.
The property is situated up on the hillside and offers a covered dining BBQ area, uncovered dining area, double bed sun loungers on a large sun terrace and 4 sun loungers around the pool area. The infinity pool is perfectly situated to enjoy the amazing views, and we have just installed a jacuzzi on one of the lower terraces.
Hvar - dubbed the UNESCO Island as it is the only island in the world that has 6 UNESCO heritages is a naturally beautiful place to visit, with wonderful friendly locals, it is a sailing Mecca with the most incredibly clear waters. It also boasts to be the sunniest spot in Croatia.
