Booking Notes

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.

If you cancel your booking at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival date, we will return your advance payment. If you cancel your booking within 8 weeks prior to your arrival, we will not be able to return your advance payment or any other payment for that matter.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by fewer people than indicated when you made the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

All visitors who stay on the island must pay a tourist tax which will be added to your receipt. It is not included in the accommodation fee. Tourist tax is €1.33 per day per adult and €0.67 per day per child between the ages of 12 and 18. There is no charge for children under twelve years of age.

By confirming your booking and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
