Jelsa’s Accident and Emergency Department (A&E, ‘Hitna medicinska pomoć’) and the general practice Health Centre (‘Dom Zdravlja’) share the same building at the western edge of Jelsa. The area is called ‘Pelinje’. The Health Centre is on a side road which links the main E16 road to Vitarnja and Vrboska.

The two nearest supermarkets are conveniently located just a short drive away. Tommy Hipermarket is approximately 9km from the villa, while Plodine Supermarket is slightly farther at around 9.6km. We find the Plodine to be the better of the two.
